Nightmare Before Christmas: Jack Skellington Makeup Tutorial Reboot

Good Day Citizens of Halloween Town!

One of my all time favorite movies is the Nightmare Before Christmas. I’ve probably seen it a thousand times, and I don’t think I’m exaggerating for once. It really is a fantastic movie about loving yourself and beng happy with yourself. Now, if you’ve been here a while, or have browsed through my videos, you’ll notice that I’ve done a look exactly like this before; infact, it was actually my first video on Youtube. So why the hell did I redo it? I should be proud of my work and yada yada. I am proud of what I’ve done and how far I’ve come as a makeup artist. I never would have dreamed that I would come this far skill wise, or even that I would be posting videos on hair tutorials, or body painting. The reason why I wanted to do this was to one, see for myself how far I’ve come by having something to compare it to, but also so I could show you guys that no matter how bad you might think you are at something, practice and dedication, and most importantly, loving what you are doing, will get you so far.

This video is basically my way of saying thank you for sticking with me for this long, and for encouraging me to keep going. Thank you to anyone who watched my videos, liked my pictures, or left a nice comment. It really means so much to me. So without anymore mushyness, here’s the video for you guys, and I’ll also link the original down below!

  1. I can so relate. I’m a food blogger and when I look back at some of my older posts I can’t help but cringe at the photos. Slowly but surly I’ve been going back and reshooting some.
