Raggedy Ann Rag Doll: Cute and Sexy Version

“The other dolls sat upon the shelf and looked straight before them, for it would never do to let grown-up men know that dolls were really alive.”

-Johnny Gruelle Raggedy Ann Stories

Rag dolls are some of the oldest toys in history. It’s no wonder either; they are easy to make, and with a child’s imagination, easy to bring to life as well. They were made with scraps of material, and stuffed with it as well. The British Museum has a rag doll found in an Ancient Roman burial site of a child dating back to 300 BC (how’s that for collectible?). Usually these dolls had no facial features, but in more modern times, they had faces made from buttons, or scraps of material.

Why a rag doll this Halloween? A rag doll costume is simple to make, and the makeup for it can be used from the usual makeup you use every day. Dress up this look with some patch work clothes and you are ready to rock. Want to do a sexy version of this classic look? Check out the video below :D.
